Next Level Storm Shelters Terms and Conditions of Installing a Tornado Shelter or Above Ground Safe Room.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing, installing, or using products or services provided by Next Level Storm Shelters, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").   

Next Level Storm Shelters (NLSS) shall not be held liable or responsible for any

damage (foreseeable or unforeseeable) that occurs during the storm shelter installation.

This includes damage to driveways, shrubbery, landscaping, sprinkler systems,

underground utilities, sewer pipes, cables, and any item under or on the concrete slab

or yard.

2. Product Description:  

Next Level Storm Shelters provides high-quality storm shelters designed to protect against severe weather conditions such as tornadoes, high winds, and other natural disasters. Our storm shelters are engineered to meet or exceed local building codes and standards.

3. Installation:

All storm shelters must be installed by Next Level Storm Shelters to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Site Preparation: The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is clear and accessible. Additional charges may apply for site preparation or if the installation is delayed due to site conditions.  If a storm shelter permit or registration is required by local authorities it shall be the responsibility of the customer to obtain.

Inspection: After installation, an inspection might be required by local authorities. This is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment:

Quotes: Due to fluctuating costs, quotes are valid at the time of the requested information. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions and material costs.

Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept checks, credit cards, and cash.

Travel Charge:  Depending on where you reside, a one-way travel charge may be applicable.  We reserve the right to adjust the charge if needed.

5. Warranty:

We offer a limited warranty from the date of installation against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover carpet, wood, or paint.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or acts of nature beyond design specifications.

Claim Process: Warranty claims must be made in writing and include proof of purchase with order number and address of installation.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Next Level Storm Shelters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property, arising from the use or inability to use our storm shelters.

7. Maintenance:

Regular Checks: Customers are advised to inspect their shelter quarterly or after any severe weather event.

8. Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled by contacting us at info@nextlevelstormshelters.com.  Review our refund policy located at the bottom of this page.

9. Governing Law:  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the storm shelter is installed, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms:  Next Level Storm Shelters reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our products or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Acceptance:  By submitting a deposit to secure an installation date, purchase, installation, or use of Next Level Storm Shelters products, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
