1. Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing, installing, or using products or services provided by Next Level Storm Shelters, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
2. Product Description:  

Next Level Storm Shelters provides high-quality storm shelters designed to protect against severe weather conditions such as tornadoes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters. Our storm shelters are engineered to meet or exceed local building codes and standards.
3. Installation:

• Professional Installation: All storm shelters must be installed by certified professionals trained by Next Level Storm Shelters to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Site Preparation: The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is clear and accessible. Additional charges may apply for site preparation or if the installation is delayed due to site conditions.
• Inspection: After installation, an inspection might be required by local authorities. This is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment:

• Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed upon in a payment plan. We accept checks, credit cards, and cash.
• Travel Charge:  If you live outside a 40-mile radius of our location a one-way travel charge is applicable.  We reserve the right to adjust the charge according to the number of installs we have in that area on any calendar date.

5. Warranty:

• Shelter Warranty: We offer a limited warranty from the date of installation against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover carpet, wood, or paint.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or acts of nature beyond design specifications (e.g., floods if the shelter is not designed for submersion).
• Claim Process: Warranty claims must be made in writing and include proof of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• Next Level Storm Shelters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property, arising from the use or inability to use our storm shelters.

7. Maintenance:

• Regular Checks: Customers are advised to inspect their shelter quarterly or after any severe weather event. Next Level Storm Shelters can provide maintenance services for an additional fee.

8. Cancellation:

• Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours after order confirmation without penalty. After this period, cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of order processing.

9. Governing Law:  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the storm shelter is installed, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms:  Next Level Storm Shelters reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our products or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
